If there is a <a href=\"https:\/\/droit-criminel.ca\/blog\/test-depistage-cannabis-au-volant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">detectable presence of cannabis<\/a>, the accused person faces various sanctions. The fine for driving under cannabis with a level between 2\u00a0ng and 5\u00a0ng is up to $1,000. For levels exceeding 5\u00a0ng, the driver may face a minimum fine of $1,000.
